| Items in the Archive Gallery pages are pieces that have already been sold. Since these works are one of a kind, pieces will never be exactly replicated. However, items in the archives can be used as a reference for our customers who may wish to discuss a special request. Sometimes we can make pieces with similar settings, colors, and gemstones (if available,) but each piece will always be unique. We are open to any inquiries and special requests. Keep in mind that due to the intricate nature of our work, and our busy show schedule, these pieces can often take some time to create--so please be patient. Shipping Your piece will be carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure safe arrival, and will also include an enclosure that describes your piece. We ship via U.S. Postal Service unless other prior arrangements have been made. We usually ship the next business day after payment clears. (The operative word is "usually" which often depends on our busy travel schedule for art shows) Payment You may pay with credit card (we accept Visa and Mastercard only) or by check drawn on a U.S. bank. Bank checks, cashier's checks, personal checks or money orders take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to clear. We usually ship the next business day after payment clears. Shipping costs and insurance will be added to the purchase price of your piece. Packages shipped within the state of Arizona are required to add 5.85% sales tax to the purchase amount. Exchanges All sales are final. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied, you must notify us immediately. We do not offer refunds, but will exchange your piece as credit toward another, if received within 7 days from the date you received the item. The piece must be returned and packaged the way it was received, in good condition, and insured for your protection. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
